Wholesome isn't a gerne it's a feeling that one gets by watching a certain anime and I see you cherish that feeling. I have arranged some of the best wholesome or slice of life anime that I've seen to calm your stress.

Sick of all the plot-heavy, action-focused, mind-boggling bullshit you've recently watched? Perhaps you've finally got a break after a long week of work and exhaustion? I got ya fam, here are a few shows that aren't super psychological or plot-oriented stuff, and are best enjoyed when your brain is weary and wants to digest something light and comforting.

1. Cast is all-girl
2. Not in the romance genre*
3. Only Slice of life shows[so no action/battle shows].

Just stated... this is a list of Anime shows with an all or almost all-female or the main characters are ladies Anime shows.

Wait--you're telling me I can actually learn from anime???

Here's a growing list of my educational favorites

Anime that looks like a painting, sorted from A to Z. Mostly watercolor or pastel style with soft and soothing color palette. This list doesn't include Ghibli-esque style. Feel free to comment on my profile if you have some suggestions, and enjoy :)

Anime with fluffy, cute, or astounding art, that are easy on the eyes, making you relax, not making you want to rip your eyes out due to complicated lines, and aren't spin-offs or mini versions (OwO). Be warned, some of these stories may be quite dark.

Originally I wanted just to put CGDCT(Cute Girls Doing Cute Things) Anime but I decided to make a female-led anime list because there were so much I enjoyed but couldn't classify under CGDCT.

As such, in this list, I tried to include a large variety of different genres, although most are under slice of life so as to make it an easy pastime watch.

I have decided to make this stack because for some reason I keep finding and watching weirdest girl's club animes. It's WIP. Don't take it too seriously, and I hope you will find something fun to watch!

I was thinking about how anime can sometimes show you examples of parent characters that you may have loved to be parented by. This is a compilation of just that! The parents in these shows display care, affection, empathy, and responsibility for their children/younger folks they care for and guide (who may be the main character)

Also when I say parent I don’t always mean directly related by blood, instead it can mean that the characters take on a parental role in these animes.

Anime for when you just want to relax or have a laugh.
