While the animes main premise and story may not be alike, the main and blaring comparison between the two series is the main female characters. Chateau and Violet can be compared in many departments as well as theming. With only watching a few episodes of each show you can easily create many comparisons and spot many similarities. While Love of Kill remains more true to the romance side than Violet, Violet has a more abstract and powerful theming, aswell as being objectively superior to Love of Kill in quality. Both are worth a watch.

The two main "love interests" in both have a very similar dynamic. The plots are however very different. Kaichou wa Maid-sama is one of those classic school shoujo romances, while Koroshi Ai (Love of Kill) is more violent and action-packed (since the characters are assassins).

While the plots of the two stories are different, both animes feature two assassin protagonists, one of whom was originally perceived as the main enemy of the other main character, and the other seeking in their murderous acts a way to heal a wound from the past. Furthermore, the two protagonists see in the two animes their relationship evolve through the events in a very similar and interesting way, going from complete strangers with a one-sided attachment to mutual affection.

It's an enemies to lovers romance. The main female lead can't or doesn't talk. The male lead wanting a deeper relationship with main female lead. Also, really fun supporting characters, which take away the pain of these scenes that have so much emotion in them.

koroshi ai has two assassins meanwhile with spy x family it has one assassin and one spy, however these two are similar because it hints romance between the two leads. although there is no family theme in koroshi ai because it is much serious than the light hearted themed spy x family, both are enjoyable <3

Both feature an adult cast, the mafia, action, and violence. Both feature a handsome, ex-mafioso ENTP male main character. Love of Kill's target audience is women, while Bungou Stray Dogs is very popular with female anime fans.

Romance anime involving assassins or organizations, little bit dark-ish elements and adult cast. Life and death situations Only one episode has been released of Yakuza Wife when I'm writing this but this was the first anime that came to my mind. Koroshi Ai is from "not that famous" studio so everything does not look flashy and brilliant but if you are just looking for good spicy love story between two characters while dodging bullets, this is a one to check out!

The romance dynamic is similar because they both have a really persistent (to the point of being creepy) male lead and girl who feels annoyed but doesn't hate him either.

Both feature female main leads, who are rather monotone and typically emotionless. But does show emotion when interacting with the male lead. Both of the male lead are proficient at killing and are for whatever reason connected to the female MC. The relationship in both shows are quite weird, and takes a while until you understand their connection.
