If there's an anime about dogs and bread then there's also one about cats and bread. The characters in Yeastken. are dog and bread hybrids while Coronya from Corocoro Coronya is just a cat who loves bread especially cornet bread. Both are delectable, I mean kawaii, and short enough to consume.

Bananya is about feline-fruit hybrids while Corocoro Coronya is about a cornet-loving cat and its friend ghost called Cream. The kittens in Corocoro Coronya reminded me of Bananya. Corocoro Coronya by San-X predates the Bananya franchise, though.
