both are action focused shonen with humor along the way. They both got really good animation and visual. If you liked one of them there's some good chance you will like the other.

I could've recommended the first season of fire force, except season 2 is far superior. Anyway both of these are action/shonen shows that have great fight scenes. They both have sorta likes 'teams' made up of really cool characters who you're bound to start liking (mereoleona from bc and Benimaru from ff are the best op side characters). If you liked Black Clover you should definitely give fire force a try! the fanservice and lack of strong female characters is annoying in Fire Force, especially after watching Black Clover, but the rest is great.

Both mangas are made by the same author. It is easy to tell the similarities in art style and humor, and this shows how connected the two are. This season of Fire Force also holds references to Soul Eater with the most noticeable one being the smiling moon in episode 24.

Both anime have to do with people losing or sacrificing parts of their own flesh and blood to a supernatural higher existence in order to gain secret knowledge and awareness about the truth behind their world. They are both also about a group of Mc's who are living in a world stricken with tragedy and chaos. Despite this the Mc's join together to fight against a mysterious and powerful enemy that little is known about at first. As the enemy's end game becomes clear it is revealed that they have plans for destroying the world through sacrificing everyone's lives as a catalyst for the sake  read more

Both shows have incredible animation and some insane fight scenes, and also both have a pretty damn interesting plot with lots of mystery which is more than enough to keep you interested.
