Interest StacksBromance, Male-friendship, Ambiguous ambiance, Fujo-bait this time focusing on the non-japanese side (donghua and else). 【 a collection of Korean/Chinese Anime 】 Basically list of adaptations of all three Mo Xiang Tong Xiu's novels. Best written cast out of all series I'd read and watched, amazing world building and heartbreaking backstories... List of anime featuring at least one LGBT+ character that aren't BL or GL. I try to only put those that are either confirmed canon (in story or by the author) or so explicitly implied that there's little to none other interpretation. Here is my list of highly rated hidden gems that deserve more attention!! Full-length Boys Love series from the year 2000 to the present, not counting shorts or sequels. Will add to the list over time as more new shows are created. ^_^ These anime and donghua feature members of a royal family. They may be rulers, royal heirs, or people who have become royalty by other means, such as marriage, divine decree, or simply taking the throne. In rare cases, an exceptional individual will actually build their own kingdom from the ground up. While some characters enjoy the wealth and privilege their position affords them, others may be trying to distance themselves from their royal responsibilities. More tragic figures include survivors of fallen kingdoms and exiled royals fighting to survive and, in some cases, reclaim what they have lost. Thrown together for personal reference; does not include shows that I cannot vet the content of due to having no experience watching, and the quality of shows listed is irrelevant. 动画 (Dong Hua) or 国漫 (Guo Man; gu-o-mun) refers to anime that is produced in China (correct me if I'm wrong). People often just browse 'TV' section on MAL and sadly miss out on HIDDEN GEMSSSSSSSS, which is frustrating because some of them are really good. This list provides donghua that you should give a chance to try. These donghua have well-written stories, intriguing worldbuilding, well-developed characters, smooth 2D animation, and beautiful art. Here you can find some of the Donghua (Chinese animation) that are here on MyAnimeList. A Tag or Genre has not yet been created to differentiate Donghuas from Animes, but this list is created mainly for that reason to help the community. . . While the term "anime" is known to be an animated show produced in Japan, there is a wide range of items it may refer to. Another section it may be referring to is the most definitely overlooked part of animation, donghua, more likely known as Chinese animation. |
