Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai? Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen

Both have the same type of sense of humor & vibe. Both revolve around high school club activities & their daily lives. Both have the same type of main characters (Shirogane=Hachiman, Kaguya=Yuukinoshita). *Ishigami is also very alike to Hachiman. The only difference is OreGairu is more drama-driven, while Kaguya-sama is more slice-of-life-driven.  

Both have a similar style of absurd comedy. 

Kaguya-sama gives off a story of two male and female MCs trying possibly anything they can to get one of the other to fall in love first as 'a game'. On the other hand, Masamune-kun no revenge introduces a male MC having to sacrifice anything to let the other fall in love for revenge regarding his past. SAME VIBE HERE? Nah? shit, it might just be me who's seeing this (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ Anyways, both shows are pretty hilarious to watch. That's all I could say >0< 

If you liked the High school life and Comedy of Love is War then you should definitely try Danshi Kokousei no Nichijo 

both are a bit ridiculous and over the top, have an amazing narrator and will make you fall out of your chair laughing

Despite the difference in themes, both shows are carefully crafted character-driven comedies that capitalize on the comedic skits to make the audience invested in the characters and thus enhance the emotional impact of the serious arcs. They both use the tropes of their respective genres in creative and self-aware ways and have a penchant for meta, fourth wall breaking humor. 

-The wide difference of social status between Tamaki and Haruhi is the same as the gap between Miyuki and Kaguya. While Tamaki is highly regarded as a royal man like Kaguya’s social upbringing, Haruhi is a commoner. -both anime are set in prestigious schools for wealthy families. 

While they differ in the way they deliver their particular brand of comedy, and their premises are completely different, these two rom-coms share A LOT of DNA. Both these anime are meticulously directed—in their own strange ways—to illicit laughs, while hiding a surprisingly thoughtful dramatic side. Both series also share a continuing plotline where situations change and characters grow despite being comedies. While in Kodocha, you won't find the characters engaged in some over-the-top mental battle like in Kaguya-sama, the main pair do bump heads throughout the show as their personalities and beliefs clash.  

In both stories, the male lead and the female lead are in love with each other but won't confess their feelings, instead dancing around the issue even as they flirt with one another. 

Pretty much the anime most like Mob Psycho in terms of the overall enjoyment and feeling. Both do a lot of things and do them near perfection or perfect. Both have a weird style, Exceptional comedy, AMAZING character writing and a feeling that they are more enjoyable for anime fans. Reigen's arc is pretty much just as strong as Ishigami's arc All the characters are beyond lovable Kaguya is more Romance and a better comedy Mob is More action-oriented and Does the best fights and animations 

In both of these Anime, the female MC loves the boy but she can't accept that fact and wants the boy to make a move. However, in Maid-Sama the guy loves the girl and doesn't hide his love for her. 

Personally I feel the shows had a somewhat similar vibe. I feel Love is War is a better show but if you want something to fill the void in the meantime, I would recommend this show. Funny main couple with crazy personalities and cool and even relatable side characters to support the overall comedy of the show.
