New Interest Stack
Interest StacksPart 1: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/1001 short anime with less than the standard 12 episodes, including some movies under an hour long and a select few ONA projects These anime have bizarrely unique, wildly niche, or oddly specific concepts. From sentient clothes, to vampires in space, to undead idols, some of these anime may leave you wondering, "who even came up with this idea?..." This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). Characters are ripped from society and placed in the wild to fend for themselves. Or the world ends, but they survived the initial blow. These 5 are my favorite comedies of all time. Gintama is my 2nd favorite anime with one of my favorite lines I still reference to this day. Grand Blue is just weird. A lot of the jokes I found myself cracking up and the story is just to stupid not to be good. Prison School... I can't really explain that one to be honest you gotta just watch it. Ghost Stories is not known for the sub but its funny ass Dub. I highly recommend this one. Japan Sinks 2020 is funny though it is labled as a horror and I will most likely go to hell for the scenes I found funny. These drama anime had me glued to the screen the entire time, and there was never a dull moment. (Requirements: 1. It had to have me glued to the screen because of the drama. 2. I must have watched the entire anime from beginning to end.) Most sources coming from: https://letterboxd.com/enpadin/list/movies-recommended-by-nct-wayv/detail/ Are you interested in the earth and how the planet works or just like seeing geological themes in your anime? Then you've come to the right place! These anime were nominated for Best Score in the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. Note that the first Crunchyroll awards and third Crunchyroll Awards did not have this category. Masaaki Yuasa is known for his crazy, experimental anime. I personally am a fan and as such I decided to compile them together in one place. I decided to only include the stuff he directed so nothing of the shows he animated and storyboards only. |
