Interest StacksBromance, Male-friendship, Ambiguous ambiance, Fujo-bait you know where it lead. Series that are not BL but have a rich BL potential and fanbase. Includes some popular shippings and shipping potential between the two male leads. Series that range around 11 episodes to 26 episodes and have already reached their finale. Taking into account 2nd parts for the 26 ones. shows with main characters that are aromantic or aromantic-coded! (keep in mind that aromanticism is a spectrum that includes the romance-repulsed and those that experience absolutely no attraction, but is not limited to that) What I look for the most in an anime above everything else is high-quality writing. That's not to say that manga, visual novel, and light novel adaptations are written poorly; in fact, there are some that have incredible, masterfully-crafted storylines. I have simply personally found that some of the most unforgettable series for me have been novel adaptations. Cool, nice, sweet and handsome collection of gentlemen. Romance is optional! ;) A selection of 21st century anime series featuring characters who are adults. From ordinary office workers to traveling peddlers to superheroes, adult protagonists can have a variety of life experiences and many different ways of living. Young emerging adults may still be trying to find their path in life, while established older folks are more likely to have mastered the art of adulting - or at least learned enough to muddle by. Some adults become jaded over time from repeated exposure to the reality that life is often painful, depressing, and unfair. Others retain a more positive outlook by focusing on their dreams for the future or take a more pragmatic approach by putting all their efforts into improving their lives here and now. Anime with lots of cute boys mostly excluding the sports, yaoi, romance or harem genre. Just cute boys doing stuff. I like the blonde and black haired duo so bad. they look so adorable. Title says it all. This list focuses on animes where the main theme is mystery (some kind of detective/supernatural help agency might be involved) and the 2 main characters have some kind of thing going on (with varying levels of canon-ness) Dude he's flirting - Mark You've heard of CGDCT before anime w either cannon/implied cannon ace/aro characters, and some that just give me ace/aro vibes as title states, not all would be classified as thrillers but are very addicting to watch based on my own experiences with my short attention span This is a list of anime for the female audience that are based on light novels. I did not include sequels. 'Buddy cop is a genre with plots involving two people of very different and conflicting personalities who are forced to work together to solve a crime and/or defeat criminals, sometimes learning from each other in the process' - wikipedia The BL anime included are labelled 'uncontroversial', 'partly controversial', 'controversial', and 'bait' to better help you find something to your liking. Those labels mainly refer to how healthy the relationships depicted are, and whether those relationships are explicitly romantic. |
