Anisata (アニサタ) was a late night anime programming block on Saturdays aired on TV Asahi from April 3, 2016 to September 2020. It has been now rebranded under the name ANiMAZiNG2!!!.

Anime of which the main characters are an all-female idol group, and is at least somewhat realistic to the actual idol scene.
I will not be adding anime with traps as a member of the idol group, even if he looks very female, or any idol anime with too heavy of a fantasy theme. (ex. Zombieland Saga for both of these) Nor will I be adding second seasons or specials, as you can find them linked on the anime page.

Just stated... this is a list of Anime shows with an all or almost all-female or the main characters are ladies Anime shows.

As it is an introduction, I only included the first seasons to some of them. Whether you want to continue watching the later seasons is always up to you :)

Anime adaptations of various gacha games, that is, basically mobile games of various genres (mostly musical or associated with moe anthropomorphism), where you play to earn points that can be spent on getting limited attractive characters (or cards with them) in a virtual analogue of a vending machine. Popularly, these anime are also often referred to as waifu or hasubendo bait shows due to the large number of attractive characters that the adaptation advertises to entice you to download the game.
