Interest Stacks  MC Female Detectives are quite rare. Here's a collection of them.   The new anime release format that appeared in the mid-80s brought new opportunities for studios and various works began to be released on videotapes. Some of them were frankly terrible, but some became classics with a recognizable style and aesthetics. I bring to your attention works worth viewing.   Many of these known by proxy or heard about, but not that commonly actually watched beyond a few exceptions. Anime from the past millenium hides many gems that are worth watching. All OVAs from 1983-1985 that I've found so far. This is the majority of them, but I'm probably still missing a few obscure ones, recaps, or miscellaneous releases. Some entries might be from the 80s or 00s, because I'm a maverick.  Has character(s) that are LGBT+, but the story isn't GL/BL. It doesn't need to be a significant part of the story to be included in the stack and could be a fleeting moment that doesn't get brought up again.   Featuring little to no dialogue and/or characters and the experience is carried by the music and/or visual atmosphere. |
