Interest StacksThe "Scotland Loves Anime" film festival takes place annually in Glasgow and Edinburgh. It was started in 2010 and includes the "Golden Partridge" jury award and audience-voted awards. We all know that famous historic Japanese warlords, samurai, ronin and ninjas (Such as Oda Nobunaga and the Shinsengumi) are frequently feautured in various anime, but what about famous Japanese writers instead??? The Konnichiwa Festival is a Mexican distributor dedicated to distributing anime films, and sometimes Live Action, in theaters in Mexico and Latin America. It is a distributor that I really like and, whenever I have the opportunity, I take the time to go see the films that they distribute in theaters. Sometimes they dub their films into Latin Spanish, but most of the time they are shown with subtitles, unless they are very accessible films (Your Name, A Silent Voice, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, Mirai). If you finished Psycho-pass and fell in love with it, then watch these Anime with Tokyo-ish vibe and sometimes sci-fi ,AI, cops or even robots included. Adaptations that share nothing with their source material but the title, some characters' names, and maybe even the premise, to the point you could change the title and no one would tell it's an adaptation. Remakes/reboots/sequels/localizations also included. anime within the cyberpunk genre or including various cyberpunk elements. suggested to me from various sources ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ In this list we have all the anime movies released in Mexican theaters around the history of the country. I will try to be as accurate as possible with brand new titles. Take this as an agenda to rescue those titles distributed in Mexico in a movie theater! Enjoy! 💖💖💖 Anime where characters read literary or philosophical classics, anime with literary references or anime that feature literature as a theme. For all the pseudo-intellectual posers out there; please let me know if you find anything worth adding! |
