Both shows feature underground syndicate groups with supernatural abilities, who deal with criminal problems. Both shows also follow similar episodic/arc-based storylines

Each anime has a similar atmosphere in terms of setting. The two share a modernized setting with humans and monsters "living" together (although in Bem, unknowingly). In both, humans & monsters try to work together do defeat the evil-doers. Kekkai Sensen - Focuses on a self-proclaimed agency - Modern american city (New York) - Monsters/Fantasy Creatures - Monsters working with humans Bem - Has a police officer main character - Modern city, seemingly western - Monsters/Fantasy Creatures "Yokai" - Monsters working with humans.

The protagonists of both animes are people in In/Spectre and humanoid youkais in Bem with superpowers. They have to restore order in the city, fighting with different kinds of creatures.

Both have a main character who can transform into a monster with super-powers and are fighting a scientifically advanced "police" controlled by a shady organization who wants to hunt them down. Supporting characters have other types of powers.

Both series resembles each other in some characteristics like female detective protagonist with a strong sense of justice and will to change the society they live. They area also simmilar about the underground city feeling overall. "Bem" is more sobrenatural oriented while Psycho-Pass trails technology/cyberpunk path.
