WIP. What is the point of this stack? I have no clue. Mostly only includes shows I've seen & remember. There are most def at least hundreds if not thousands of these. (Maybe I should also track shows with an episode preview/recap before the op)

Shoujo--like all demographics--is incredibly varied, featuring a wide mix of stories, genres and themes. Its protagonists are no exception, with different personalities and backgrounds, and having both girls and guys in leading roles. I wanted to highlight some shoujo anime written from a male POV.

Also, I can't attest to the quality of the lower/more obscure series on here (especially since shoujo manga tend to receive pretty trash adaptations). So do keep that in mind.


And I should clarify that Cowboy Bebop and Code Geass are both actually original anime that simply have shoujo manga versions. They both had promotional shoujo manga that began running a few months before their respective anime began airing.

A mix of different genres and themes to explore in the shoujo/teen girl demographic. Good for beginners who arent familiar with the content and are interested in testing it out.
