Boy version of the CGDCT genre. Mainly silly comedies and slice of life.

These are the animes that targets the young girls of all generations, well recommended ones for fans of shoujo and josei magazine. These animes made me feel a young girl's vibes, even I'm not the target audience. It's because I'm a boy XD Complete variations of genres that shoujo/josei fans might truly enjoy.

If the other kind of Slice of Life is more drama heavy, of course there are light ones. The shows will make you feel comfortable, lighthearted, and giggle at the same time. These are the fun Slice of Life shows you might actually enjoy. If there's a rich-flavored cake, of course some people can enjoy or prefer plain vanilla ones.

Bromance, Male friendship, Rivalry, Ambiguous ambiance, Fujo-bait you know where it lead. There is a ton of series non shounen-ai/BL tagged that contains "I SHIP THEM" or "SHIP HAS SAILED" moments.
(male) Characters have strong emotional bond that fujoshi particularly enjoy.
Trying to avoid the already Boys Love tagged entries since everyone can find them.

now get ready for CBDCT!

Not really parallel to cgdcts, there's far less in this category and the line with BL is blur so just a collection of soft BL shows I guess. Halfway through it isn't even 'cute'
boys anymore lol.

CBDCT, an equivalent of CGDCT (cute girls doing cute things).

The cast of characters consists either predominantly of boys, or only of boys.

Some animes could be BL or have BL hints/fan services.

Work in progress, there are many more I want to watch first before adding :)

Absolutely love cutesy BL-esque anime, none of these are tagged as Boy's Love (but maybe they should be ;p).

In some of these, the relationship between the boys is one of the main foci of the show. In others, it's merely there for the fe/male gaze or to fill time. Either way, it's real cute and I live for it.
