New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAnime with shorter than average Episodes that are quick to finish. Animes starring anthropomorphic animals. Are human protagonists really all that interesting, or do others deserve more recognition for being as equally and in some cases more alluring than humans? A well-placed one-liner always makes people laugh, and we could all use a little humor when things are tough. Watch these hilarious comedic animes. Their funny stories will make you feel better, make you happier, and make you laugh in no time. Made this interest stack to help locate 4-koma based anime for challenges and achievements more easily. This stack is for shoujo, josei or any other female-targeted show with a male protagonist. In case this stack is of interest to any of the guys, I tried to select shows with a non-objectified image of the guys first. But anyway, this stack is meant for any audience, so I didn't rule out fanservice shows or BL. Also, some shows, especially idols, usually have a formal female protagonist, but since most of the focus is on the male characters anyway, I took the liberty of listing some of them too. Anime that have Japanese honorifics in the main title. Here are some works that explores concepts/themes that may have some ground on the queer theory narratives like identity, power, desire, sex, gender, etc. They’re mixed with other societal problematics such as colonialism, politics, race, class, dispositives of control, institutionalization, etc. Thus they’re intersectional-queer animes. Collection of series featuring a male main character and a companion creature. |
