Both are the same story, it is about D'artagnan and the 3 musketeers, the difference is that in Anime Sanjuushi the characters are people and in Wanwan Sanjuushi the characters are animals. Wanwan Sanjuushi is more childish and innocent, on the other hand Anime Sanjuushi has a bigger human touch and toys with your emotions a little bit more. Wanwan Sanjuushi is 26 episodes because it only toys with the musketeers rivalry against the Richelieu guards, while Anime Sanjuushi has 52 episodes, the first part is about that feud and the second part is about the king twins.
