Both are plot-driven and suspenceful. The MCs are encountering unexpected situations at every turn. Both forshadow an evil mastermind manipulating people and events in the stories. While solving immediate mysteries, the MCs are gradually approaching the truth about the bigger scheme and about themselves. 

Both are survival game anime. While the MCs in Bloody Code are trapped in a game world, the MCs in Uncharted Walker are trapped on a deadly island. The characters are a random group of people with different skills and personalities, dragged from their everyday lives into the survival game setting. They must overcome distrust and build a team in order to survive and discover the mysteries surrounding them. 

Both have a survival game theme. While in Duan Nao the MC apparently enters and exits a game world, the MCs in Uncharted Walker are trapped on a deadly island. They must use both physical strength and intelligence in order to survive. Mind games among team members are involved. Both have plot twists about the world settings as the stories progress. 

- Random individuals suddenly find themselves transported to another world. - Trapped in a deadly game of survival - Survivors quickly band together to solve the mystery surrounding the world they find themselves in and to find a way back to their normal lives 

The story involves survivors stranded on an island and they must work together to find a way back home to human civilization. Sounan Desu Ka is more comedy and educational on the survival spectrum Mi Yu Xing Zhe is more mystery and thriller 

Similarities : - both are survival anime in deserted island/world - characters have amnesia . don't know wtf happened to world after waking up - have to fight off strange creatures in order to survive - lots of guessing and mindgames on who is good or bad in the team - solving mysteries and helping each other to survive - honestly if you like survival + thriller animes, definitely give these 2 a try they are soo similar Differences: - One is japanese and the other is chinese 

Both are suspenseful shows about a bunch of people transported to a mysterious location, forced to play a survival game.
