Interest StacksAmazing, uplifting and inspiring music! These scores provide heavy immersion and are great for reading to as well! Most adaptations are, at best, on par with the original. Some aspects are better, some worse, so it's down to preference as to how to enjoy a story. There are, of course, many, *many* outright stinkers that make one think the original was far worse than it actually was. This list includes less romantic (although there still are some), but more of a platonic love tearjerkers as a whole. This list includes no side stories. "Anime was a mistake. But these ones that KoriGoji recommended are pretty good" - Hayao Miyazaki. Yeah, a lot of my favourites aren't on here because they're cheap thrills, but this ain't about that! This is a stack compiling anime where kids (trying to aim for pre-teens exclusively) suffer or have a bad time in general. |
