Youkoso! Sukebe Elf no Mori e

There's pure elves, but it makes up for it by both having the same studio and people behind the creation, so animation character designs, art, etc. Is very similar, so they're both great. 

There should be more fantasy theme hentai, doesn't matter how many examples you can name, there will never be enough, but until then here's two fantasy theme hentai you can look up, they're completely vanilla (as it should be, they're both harem) and are pretty damn good (is highly good art and animation a point of likeness?). 

The whole female cast must obtain the semen of the protagonist at any cost, in Ura Jutaijima because of a mortal virus, in Youkoso! Sukebe Elf No Mori E to save the female elves from extinction, however none of it's differences make the similarities of these two disappear, both are made by the same studio, which means similar visual and artistic aspect everywhere, there's also the fact that Youkoso! Has dark skin cuties in the form of dark elves, which translates to gyaru form into tanned gyarus, and oh surprise, Ura Jutaijima has lots of greatness in that aspect. both the heroines are from elf race. both the main elf looks like forest elf (blonde, green clothing, lives in the woods). both are somewhat comedic.  

Ah, fantasy themed hentai, there's never enough of you, and here we have two great examples of why they are so great, mostly focus on only one guy, the protagonist, but Rance is definitely a more cool and assertive guy, with many beautiful girls, Youkoso! Is more vanilla oriented since in Rance there's some rape scenes (but it always ends in a good note), there's even a dark skinned godness in both. The second episode of Koakuma Kanojo has blonde elf in the plot, just like Youkoso! Sukebe blah blah, sure the later one is exclusively elves in the most generic fantasy setting ever as the title implies, while that episode of Koakuma also has a normal girl and the first episode features succubus and futa, but both feature elves after all and it's not as if the themes of that first episode are not fantasy related or at least outside of the realm of normal sex (specially succubus), so there's the recommendation. 

Both are hentai with a fantasy theme and setting, the protagonist in Rance has a lot more of personality and is fun, but both make out with all or most of the female cast. 

Aku No Onna Kanbu is kind of a weird mix between fantasy and Sci-Fi, but looking at all those armours and semi-human species it's definitely leaning more towards fantasy, and Youkoso! Is full-on fantasy with elves exclusively as the title says, they're both made by the same studio and possibly by the same people, so a lot is similar points are the visual aspects of both, like animation, finally both are harem. 

Both Kuroinu and Sukebe Elf are hentai involving elves and dark elves in a fantasy setting, if you're interested in that you may like both, but just bear in mind Kuroinu is not vanilla like Youkoso! There's rape, gangbang and the like. 

Both are fantasy themed hentai with the already classic harem protagonist with hair that goes over the eyes and goes impregnating the whole female cast with voluptuous bodies, the animation and illustration is great in both to boot what already was a great concept by itself. 

Let leave this behind first, the artstyle has nothing to do between the two, just the fact that they have more than twenty years of difference should tell you that, but overall they're both fantasy hentai, with everything that that involves, setting, girls wearing armour, magic, master/servant roleplay, you know all that mambo.
