Both are very obscure comedy anime of all times

Kuro = Luckyman (Both are parodys of tokusatsu superheroes, Kuro is possibly a parody of Showa Kamen Rider and Luckyman is a parody of Ultraman)
Mi = Effortman (Both are Blue characters)
Matatabi = Victory Man (Both have their hidden weapon)
Kotaro = Genius Man (Both are Geniuses)
Dr Go. = Superstarman (Both are the pathetic characters of them all, Dr Go. was being called as the loser and Superstarman is the weakest superhero of all times)
Nana = Friendship Man (Both have can make Friendships, Nana has a relationship with Kuro and Friendship Man uses the power of Friendships

Both the main characters are dumb and are super hero, and both have loyal disciples.
And both series are comedy.
