MyAnimeList
MBS's late night anime programming block which currently airs on Saturdays from 1:53-2:53. Anime you can only find (or used to only find) on Amazon, I'm going to add anime you could technically watch on HIDIVE (because Sentai has the licenses, they get to share some series). Note that I'm not adding shows which could be considered "old" because they weren't released as amazon-only initially, so no Gamba or Takarajima. Also no 'Ishida to Asakura', you can't fool us with that 2021 date Amazon, it came out in 2013. Not adding shows which are on other streaming platforms in the West (If I were to consider them I'd add a note), so no Asia streams or programming in other regions. Of course, if I get something wrong put it in the comments, this is to keep track of anime on Amazon but don't expect this to be the most "official" list because of expected region differences. Note also that some can be found on Funimation but due to Crunchyroll's merge I'm still unsure about adding them, I mostly get the streaming info from LiveChart although I've noticed it also misses some streams like 'Unbreakable Machine Doll' or the new 'Initial D Legend' movies which are available with Prime. As a side note, Amazon owns the right to many sequels but either has the original on Prime (But I consider other streaming platforms so no 'Psycho-Pass 1') or under a paywall. These are some pretty good psychological anime series and movies.. Some are new and some are a little older. Enjoy! To keep track of the dark magical girl shows (mahou shoujo) you've seen or to find more. I've put shows in the same series in the correct watch order so you can just go through them from this list. Is it true that there's no better salvation than not being born in this world? Is the world that ugly that it's not worth living in? Should I even give it a chance? This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). "When it's time for business, get the hell out of my way. If it means creating a path filled with blood and death, so be it." Humans are complex creatures, unpredictable animals despite how civilised they may be. Here's a list that presents how environments around us can influence a person to release its natural instincts that lay dormant inside. On the surface, a dorodere looks innocent and sweet. But once their true personality is unraveled, they are truly twisted and sick. Here you will find animes that deceive you in the first episode or in the opening or in the ending or in their story or appearance pretending to be something they are not. Supernatural shows that have a bittersweet, often sadly melancholic nature and atmosphere. A very different level, from magical realism to almost open fantasy and horror, the main theme is the importance of suffering and sacrificing something important in order to achieve one's goal and save loved ones. Anime where most main and/or supporting characters aren't the most mentally stable A collection themed around the spookiest time of year, but it's always Halloween in my soul... |
