The MC who doesn't have any in the past gets it all in the end. Isn't that a wonderful story?! While there are so many hardships along the way, they still seek the best outcome in their life. Now, if you want these kind of story in your life. Simply WATCH IT! (In order, of course)

P.S. If you didn't understand some of the things inside a series, simply, just, watch it again in your own PREFERRED language.

A list of action anime where the main fighting protagonist is female.

The following will be excluded -

1. Magical girl anime. There are too many of them. Besides there is a dedicated tag for them on MAL so they are easy to find. If an anime despite feeling like magical girl, doesn't have this tag, then I will add them.

2. Gender-bender anime. For example, a lot of Isekai anime where a male is reincarnated in a female body and vice-versa.

3. Anime where the protagonists are mainly female. For example, Lycoris Recoil, Release the Spyce etc. There are too many, so deserves their own list.

4. Anime where all combat is done by controlling something. For example, mecha or vehicular combat anime.

Sometimes, the tropes get tiring, so here's a list of romance anime that put a little twist on it, by adding a bit of occult, with supernatural beings and powers.

Who doesn't want a strong lead, and a female one at that? I mean, people stereotype A LOT in this day and age, so who doesn't want this type of unique character once in a while? Note: I tried to avoid shoujo romances as they are seen as common tropes, although there are some that I thought were personally good on the list.

Anime with girls, who really, really, really, really, REALLY like someone, but too tsundere to admit it, if that’s what you want.

In 2012, The Asahi Shimbun announced the 104 TV anime that they considered to be the most representative and memorable of all TV anime between 1963 and 2012. It's a good starting point for exploring general TV anime history, and the shows are all worth giving a shot. The list was not ranked, and ordered by release date.

This stack is dedicated to the most popular, discussed and simply highly rated shows among the west millennial generation. If you were an avid anime fan in the 00s, want to see what was popular with your older relatives, or just learn hits from the past, then this stack is for you.

Warning: Yes, I am aware of the existence of anime from the 90s, as well as their popularity among millennials. But many of these hits have been like this since the time of Gen X viewers, so I tried not to focus on them once again. For many of us, shows like Berserk or Evangelion were itself cult shows from older fans.

Anime with romance as a main or relevant part of the plot, but also a "bigger plot" going on.

I'm talking actual romance, more than just "two characters happen to like each other". Something that is relevant, and ideally progresses through the show (note: also includes some incomplete adaptations with more romance past anime content).

As for the bigger plot, it can be anything from fantasy, adventure, mystery, sci-fi, etc. Check my notes for details.

Harem are mostly ignored as they are usually lacking in actual romantic progress, unless there is a clear main love interest.

Shows with romantic elements which weren't created by sadistic douchebag authors who for some reason kills off the love interest by the end of the story. May include titles that's ongoing airing or on hiatus but have finished source materials. Ambiguous/open endings don't count. Only the first season of every show is represented. Multiple endings/choices count as long as there exists at least one happy conclusion. Also may include ongoing romcoms because they will most definitely never end in tears. No L,G,B,T,Q,GS,TRAP,HEN,NTR,FJS,FEMBOI, only H. This list is from my personal point of view and thus strictly referential.

Anime with emo or whatever 2000s nostalgia. Wide-spaced too huge eyes, large forehead, tiny mouth, moe-blob. Some has y2k fashion or catchy tunes. Some are not to watch with other people unless you know they're fine with it. I haven't really watch any of them so I only picked based on thumbnail art-style. Always read reviews + genre tags before watching.
