Sengoku Night Blood

- both are anime with characters based on historical samurai (for example Nobunaga Oda, Toshiie Maeda, ...) - main is surrounded by only female (HRSG)/only male (SNB) characters - both anime involve sword combat and also magic elements 

Same situation with a girl that is 'adopted' into a clan with male warriors who are at war. Both are reverse harems in a way 

In both anime you have: A girl who gets in a new place Cute important guys in the society The first guy make the heroine his lover or fiancee The girl is adorable 

Similar situation where MC found him/herself in another world, where he or she now has to use his/her wits to survive. The difference was one is a usual harem while the other is reverse harem, also one world is an afterlife for the guy who is living the life, while the girl in another anime is living in a nightmare. 

Both have the same historical elements, reverse harem , mystery and fantasy, the differences, were: the Girl in Sengoku was from another dimension while the girl in Code Realize is in her own timeline and setting, the chemical composition of the girl in Sengoku has that boosting power like an energy drink, while in Code Realize the Girl is radioactive toxic as in one touch and you're dead. 

The feeling of the main female lead with the other character is the same, the setting is different but the female lead also has an important role in the whole of the story 

There have been comments made about the eerie similarity of the two titles. Not only are both reverse harems adapted from otome games, the characters and the stories itself of Sengoku Night Blood has borrowed a fair amount from the older Hakuoki. Historical samurai/warlord figures remade in the image of pretty, attractive young men make up the cast that surrounds the main female character, and the plot is injected with a supernatural twist: vampires stand out the most as taking a leaf from Hakuoki's rasetsu. Ironically enough, this 'originality' between the two can be attributed to the company that created both otome games: Idea Factory or Otomate. They have been mimicking a formula that once worked for Hakuoki; but reworking it again, and again, has made it a tired and unoriginal formula by now. The works that follow in the wake of Hakuoki's success are proving more and more lackluster and unoriginal. Sengoku Night Blood strives to be original, but at best, it is a vapid, shallow show with a cast of too many characters for you to care about. The plot is all over the place and right from the get-go sounds ridiculous. If you want a more well-made, and coherent plot to follow with similar themes of samurai and the supernatural, as well as romance and historical, you would be much more satisfied with what Hakuoki has to offer. read more 

Akane (Harukanaru) and Yuzuki (Sengoku) were both female MCs whisked from the present time to an alternative universe by a Miko to fulfill their destinies. They are summoned to empower the 'armies' and/or unite the factions. Whilst Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Hachiyou Shou has elements of the four gods (i.e. Seiryuu, Suzaku, Byakku, Genbu) fighting for power, Sengoku Night Blood has a twist of historical elements coming from the warring states period of Japan. Both have reverse-harem elements and lots of bishounen.
