MyAnimeList
MBS's late night anime programming block which currently airs on Saturdays from 1:55-2:55. Anime you can only find (or used to only find) on Amazon, I'm going to add anime you could technically watch on HIDIVE (because Sentai has the licenses, they get to share some series). Note that I'm not adding shows which could be considered "old" because they weren't released as amazon-only initially, so no Gamba or Takarajima. Also no 'Ishida to Asakura', you can't fool us with that 2021 date Amazon, it came out in 2013. Not adding shows which are on other streaming platforms in the West (If I were to consider them I'd add a note), so no Asia streams or programming in other regions. Of course, if I get something wrong put it in the comments, this is to keep track of anime on Amazon but don't expect this to be the most "official" list because of expected region differences. Note also that some can be found on Funimation but due to Crunchyroll's merge I'm still unsure about adding them, I mostly get the streaming info from LiveChart although I've noticed it also misses some streams like 'Unbreakable Machine Doll' or the new 'Initial D Legend' movies which are available with Prime. As a side note, Amazon owns the right to many sequels but either has the original on Prime (But I consider other streaming platforms so no 'Psycho-Pass 1') or under a paywall. Shows that deal with the fate of countries/nations (cities potentially). Through diplomacy and war, they strive to persist in their respective worlds. These travelers wander from place to place for various reasons. They may travel the land for their job, be on a journey due to a strong sense of wanderlust, or are adventurers on a quest of some sort. Others may be homeless, exiled, or on the run and have no place to put down roots. Basically, a list of non-isekai shows from various genres where the characters change location frequently. Only series that are ranked below 2,000 in 'Popularity' on MAL. This stack is for people who love the Bishounen/Ikemen art style and/or characters. ▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ 𝓑𝓵𝓪𝓬𝓴 ✦ 𝓑𝓻𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓲𝓷 𝓐𝓷𝓲𝓶𝓮 ⟨⟨ 𝔗𝔥𝔦𝔯𝔡 𝔈𝔡𝔦𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 ⟩⟩ █ ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁ Politic, Government, Diplomatic? In real life these topics always get attention right? Large scale battles and strategy war anime. Anime with emo or whatever 2000s nostalgia. Wide-spaced too huge eyes, large forehead, tiny mouth, moe-blob. Some has y2k fashion or catchy tunes. Some are not to watch with other people unless you know they're fine with it. I haven't really watch any of them so I only picked based on thumbnail art-style. Always read reviews + genre tags before watching. Animes set in medieval, ancient, or fantasy worlds that focus on royalty, aristocracy and internal conflicts; kidnappings, rebellions, war, politics, arranged marriages, revenge, assassination attempts, etc. These animes are either underrated or it doesn't get enough attention it deserves. |
