This is the chronoligcal order of the Yuuki Yuuna franchise. But It IS be better to watch 'Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru' the TV first. It came out first and is a good started to understanding the show.

With the recent release of Dead Dead Denmons Dededede Destruction films getting a ona release Ive been noticing more recently that there have been a rise of movies getting a televised version after there release. To be on the list the tv/ona version needs to have some differences from its film version (even if the only difference is just that they added it an intro at the beginning and/or outro at the end of the series version) which why Im not adding the The Garden of Sinners tv version since as far Im aware the tv version is just the same as the movie version.
