The similarities between these titles are a bit random but nonetheless very much there. Both series have an overall dark atmosphere but still inject a bit of comedy every so often. Plotwise, both involve a small group of men who go on some sort of retrieving mission. Finally, both are most worth watching for characters and their dynamics rather than any sort of plot or action they contain.

This show is exactly like gantz "arena". The only small diffrence is the teams are fixed before the battles start, they fight other teams and not aliens, also they have to get weapons themselves. To make it short, Bus Gamer is the realistic (real life) version of Gantz. The reward in Bus Gamer is cash and not points ... Anyways but animes are damn short, so you will maybe want to read the manga when you finished the series to see what happens after that. :(

Probably the most similar anime you'll find. Both with only 3 episodes but leave quite an impact. Bus Gamer is also a survival game in which 3 participants must steal or protect a cd filled with information about a certain company. Unlike Alice, the parameters are clear and unchanging and the enemies are never more than three. Borderland Alice, on the order than, is a bit more ambiguous in both game and enemy because the rules and location are unknown to the players until just before the game and chances of friendly fire increase the body count. Paranoia spreads as the lines between friends and  read more

Mysterious circumstanced high -stakes gambling with human lives in the balance amongst complete strangers. That describes both of these anime's. Kaiji happens to be through rock-paper-scissors, Bus Gamer through actual physical human survival of the fittest!

Both shows tell a deep story of friendship and gaming. While the other seasons of Konglong have significantly less gamer energy, this one is ripe with it, as is Bus Gamer. This is why I wholeheartedly believe that if you liked this hidden gem, Konglong is the perfect way to continue your journey through the wondrous land of anime, and witness the most poignant violent gamer rage the medium has to offer.

Toki, Kazuo, and Nobu are the main protagonists of the Bus Gamer anime series. The corporate world organized a series of games called Bus Games. Participants are invited by mail and letters. During the gameplay, participants get three chances to capture the Disk (which contains the secret of the corporate world). Those who win the game reward by cash price. Toki, Kazuo and Nobu participate in the Bus Game make a team named "No Name". They want to win the 3 billion yen (1 billion yen for each team member). They have their personal reasons and issues to win the cash. Anime also shows the dark  read more

Both very short animes but with very interesting characters. These are actually more teasers for the manga but still leave you with a feeling of enjoyment and wanting for more :)

Zombie-Loan and Bus Gamer share the same kind of low-budget animation and development, the art's pretty much alike too, although Bus Gamers level is lower then that of Zombie-Loan.

Both anime are similar in the sense that they are short anime about underground society. The cast lineup are all guys.
