New Interest Stack
Interest Stacks![]() ![]() These are all some of my favorite fantasy Shoujo anime! There’s a lot of fantasy shounen but it’s rare to find people with a huge list of Shoujo fantasy and if they do have one it tends to be a lot of the same stuff. Here’s mine. I hope you find something new to watch. If not, I’m sorry for not being helpful enough. I’ll also be adding donghua (Chinese anime) in here because a lot of them are really worth watching. There’s one anime on here that airs in the fall but I’ve read and am obsessed with the source material and the trailers look amazing so I feel comfortable putting it on here. They are in rank from my highest score to lowest. FYI just because something might be ranked low doesn’t mean that it’s bad, it’s in my favorites list after all. Also, just because these are Shoujo anime doesn’t necessarily mean they all are romances. Enjoy! ![]() ![]() All these anime's include very shippable characters who mostly have no other person in the anime you could possibly ship them with. This is a marketing ploy because this makes anime/ships very popular as well as being apart of the lgbtqia+ community is not openly embraced by any Asian media. A lot of these anime's has novels, manga chps, side manga, official art, and drama cds that are very suggestive or downright very gay. They have all have very suggestive scenes in the animes as well including op, ed, end credits that are very fruity. ![]() ![]() All these anime's include very shippable characters who mostly have no other person in the anime you could possibly ship them with. It's easy to say "WHAT ABOUT SHOUJO" but you know that's not everyone's cup of tea. Really puts it into perspective when you see that there are only like, 100 josei anime listed on this site. ![]() ![]() Anime list inspired from the Chinese Buddist Book "Journey to The West", who thews the stories of adventures of the Monkey King Son Wukong (Son Goku, on Japan). ![]() ![]() A list of josei titles I have watched that present a very specific aesthetic and vibe similar to shounen anime, typically featuring battles and fight scenes, complex lore and worldbuilding, an all-male or mostly male cast of characters, little or no romance, and occasionally BL bait. While not totally the same as shounen, these josei titles have similarities that make them differ quite a bit from the usual romance or slice of life topics we tend to see in the adult female demographic. All of these titles are adaptations of manga serialized in Comic Zero-Sum or Comic Gene, two magazines in which this particular niche of josei seems to be the most common. |
