Many Real Drive episodes focus on androids and their place within a society of humans in a time when they depend on technology and brains enhanced by cybernetics. The story of Eve no Jikan stems from the same ideas. If you are curious about these science-fiction (?) elements, you'll hopefully enjoy watching Real Drive and Eve no Jikan.

Great works from I.G Productions. Both have great animation and developed characters. Those are must-watch series if you like mystery, supernatural and sci-fi stories.

Both are futuristic and deal with cyber crime/environments. Although Real Drive isn't a countermeasure against terrorists, it does deal with the unknown [metal] that is threatening environment and people's consciousness.

-Similar style of storytelling using elements of sci-fi to create allegories -Stories usually last only an episode and can seem slow or simplistic at times but generally do a good job exploring the idea presented. RD develops a more continuous storyline later though. -Both have young female protagonists

Surprised I didn't see this here... both have similar feels to them; island community, technology-focused, has some heartache to it

Different approach, different style, different era, different time of production. Both series deal with methods of communication and alternative realities' effect on the real world, and their effect on society.

Beautiful sci-fi slice of life series focusing on the ocean. Real Drive has more action and story at the beginning and the end, but the middle section is quite similar.

Both are set in a future where humans are able to connect to a digital world. In BALDR it's called the Wired World, and in Real Drive it's called The Metal.
