Continuation of my previous list of anime series not so well known for their titles, some not necessarily underestimated, but easy to go unnoticed in the community.

There are many ecchi list on MAl, so I wanted to make something a bit different. I have always wanted a series that featured fanservice casually, without being overbearing to the point of making the "ecchi scenes" the whole plot of the show. For the most part, I will be following MAL's own listing of what is considered an "ecchi". So some series you see here, might be widely considered an ecchi by the community or other sites, but I'm just following what is listed here.

Characters become much more attractive when there's well written story and character behind them. So I will have a bias towards series with a positive rating/reception in this stack.

All the series will have different levels of fanservice, but they will be prominent in a majority of the episodes. Can range from lots of focus on oppais to full on sex scenes.

Doing a simple search of the series plus "fanservice" should deem you results and allow you to gauge whether you would enjoy the level of fanservice or not.

Feel free to give some suggestions by messaging me. I will continue to update this list often.

Heisei Internet Anxiety refers to a cultural phenomenon in Japan that emerged in the late 1990s and early 2000s, during the Heisei era (1989-2019), characterized by a sense of unease and disconnection brought on by the rise of the internet and digital technology.

As more and more people in Japan began to use the internet and mobile devices to communicate and consume media, concerns arose about the impact of this technology on social and personal relationships, as well as on mental health. In particular, the phenomenon of "hikikomori" (social withdrawal) became a topic of public concern, with some people attributing it to the isolating effects of internet use.

At the same time, the internet was becoming a source of anxiety and uncertainty for many people, as the rapid pace of technological change and the sheer volume of information available online made it difficult to keep up and maintain a sense of control over one's online presence. This led to a sense of disorientation and disconnection from both the physical world and from one's own identity.

H.I.A anime often delve into topics such as:

1) Social Isolation: Depicting characters who struggle with feelings of loneliness and disconnection in an increasingly digitized world.

2) Identity Crisis: Exploring the blurring boundaries between the physical and digital realms, and the challenges individuals face in defining their identities in the online sphere.

3) Virtual Reality: Examining the allure and dangers of virtual spaces, as well as the consequences of becoming too immersed in digital worlds.

4) Online Communities: Portraying the dark side of internet culture, including cyberbullying, harassment, and the spread of misinformation.

5) Existential Themes: Raising questions about the nature of reality, consciousness, and the human condition in an age dominated by technology.

Here are some essential H.I.A anime:

Explicit sexual acts doesn't necessarily mean that everything is shown. Instead, it just has to show the sexual acts some nudity or explicit language in a clear and direct way. However, for the sexual acts to be considered explicit, they must involve actual real sex or fellatio, for example, and not just suggestive content or scenes that happen to look like sexual acts.

To avoid exceeding our maximum allowed amount of anime, this list will only include one season or cour per anime series. Therefore, an anime series like Mushoku Tensei will only be listed once. If this list becomes full, I will create a second part to continue the list.

So this stack is not intended to offend anyone, it's a list made from my observations in the community about some works that maybe at some point were popular or had their moments of fame but nowadays very few people talk about.
