The main thing I find similar between these two is the tone, and color palette. The two shows share a similar atmosphere and style of music. Combine this with a strong emphasis on action and comedy I suspect liking one will correlate well with liking the other. Tokyo Majin however leans more to horror and an ensemble cast, in contrast to Hitori no Shita which focus more on a single protagonist and his progression. Other commonalities involve mystery around the main characters (possibly a birth secret?); exploration of similar themes using similar devices.

Similar superpowers, setting, wide range of characteristic heroes. But Hitori is more comedic, and Code Breaker is more philosophical.

The Outcast (Yi Ren Zhi Xia) centers on Zhang Chulan and his companions, who possess supernatural abilities and navigate a world of hidden powers and battles. Similar to Throne of Seal, this series explores the protagonist’s journey to uncover his potential, protect his loved ones, and face formidable adversaries. They both have main characters who are thrust in odd worlds with varying plot goals. In my opinion Yi Ren Zhi Xia is more of a slow burn story rather than Shen Yin Wangzuo's more fast paced yet entertaining style story.

Similar concept of superpowers, but hunterxhunter is more about friendship, and hitori is more about action. Both anime have wide range of unique characters. Age of characters different. In Hitori they are young adults, in hxh - children.

Big Order and Hitori no Shita: The Outcast are each series that would fall into the "It's So Bad That It's Good" category. Each series has average, at best, animation. Each series has a dumb family dynamic, about people not knowing if they are actually their relative. Both shows have some supernatural elements.

Both Sakurada Reset and Hitori no Shita have main female protagonists who appear to be stoic and emotionless. Superpowers are a central theme in both anime, but the main male protagonists are complete opposites: Asai, Kei appears to be relatively mature, calm, and straightforward whereas Zhang, Chulan is childish, outgoing, and often beats around the bush.
