Small detective agency with special abilities. Nice and Hanasaki kinda have the same personality :)

The two MCs in Trickster have a very strong resemblance to Yato and Yukine in Noragami. So if you enjoy that relationship dynamic, you'll enjoy watching these two together. The plots are relatively similar as well: the MC carrying out a series of tasks, and the other begrudgingly tagging along for different reasons.

Both are detective shows based on Edogawa Rampo's literary works. In both shows, the detective Kobayashi gets recruited to do detective work as his way of living. The biggest difference is that Trickster is more action-oriented while Rampo Kitan is more mystery-oriented.

I can't quite put my finger on why, but the entire time I watched Id:Invaded, it reminded me a lot of Trickster. It's difficult to describe, but they just have a similar "feel" to them, not to mention the fact that both are about detectives and mysteries.

Both deal with suicidal thought and help you to look for bigger picture in the world .Teach us that every life hold value - MC that was given life but refuse to continue while Trickster MC never experience death but he tried to self-harm countless time - Both MC keep living on for the reason of their friend/family .They experience loneliness at first but find that "one person" that help to move forward - Both don't remember about their past at first but we get a hint that it was somehow painful one

Lots of similar elements in the story & characterization like solitude, revenge, friendship, pain, secrets of the past, mind control & betrayal. The painful childhood of the MCs made them live in solitude. The secrets of the past which connects and explains the role of their "guardian" & the antagonist. The MC requesting the assistance of the other MC to die and have their existence erased from the world. In the process, they develop genuine bond & friendship despite the other one rejecting the fact. MC temporarily siding with the other faction. Antagonists using people as tools to achieve their goals plus the element of  read more

Tantei Team and Trickster are both about a group of teen boys and one girl solving various mysteries in their club.

Both Trickster and Psycho-Pass are anime worth seeing for anyone who enjoys questions of morality or likes crime dramas or anime set in a realistic society of the future. In many ways they are very similar, but there are some significant differences too, enough to pleasantly enjoy watching both without feeling like one is a rehash of the other. Similarities between Psycho-Pass and Trickster: * Both anime feature the basic "good guys versus bad guys" premise. * Both anime blur the lines of morality by calling into question whether the good guys are truly good and the bad guys truly bad. * The "bad guys" in both anime  read more

Also revolves around a detective agency made up of kids of similar age. The founder and leader of both agencies is a grown up with skill and experience. Both anime have a detective based story and characters have unique powers. Overall, it definitely has similar vibes.

episodic detective stories with eccentric characters (protagonists and antagonists) and references to classical japanese myste both have a bit of a supernatural element to them(Kobayashi from trickster is immortal Ron "magically" compels criminals to commit suicide), with the criminal cases shown being mostly realistic though Kamonohashi Ron's cases and plot in general are more grounded in reality overall
