Both anime about wrestlers and wrestling. Both anime about the guys who want to become the strongest wrestlers. The young guys of both anime challenge the best wrestler of promotion. In the course of a career they meet strong rivals and tested for dangerous techniques currently. The guys of both anime expect startling twists in their careers.

Both of these anime are extremely campy, but not in a bad way. They take the sport in their anime so seriously that one can die from it. If you liked one, you'll like the other. Also, watch Beyblade in sub because the dub track is really lackluster.

These wrestling anime were animated by Toei Animation, are sequels following the next generation of wrestlers and in my opinion share the same masculine spirit for the sport.
