New Interest Stack
Interest StacksBoy version of the CGDCT genre. Mainly silly comedies and slice of life. Essential anime for maid enthusiasts. All of your butler and maid needs met in one place! Bromance, Male friendship, Rivalry, Ambiguous ambiance, Fujo-bait you know where it lead. There is a ton of series non shounen-ai/BL tagged that contains "I SHIP THEM" or "SHIP HAS SAILED" moments. This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). Anime with lots of cute boys mostly excluding the sports, yaoi, romance or harem genre. Just cute boys doing stuff. I think the tittle is pretty self-explanatory. Some of my go-to anime series when I'm down or want to chill a little, taking a rest from the highly intense genres I love & always end up choosing to watch! 😅🙈 some underrater anime that ik ig. lmk if u watched these or if u have never heard of these b4. The title speaks for itself. Work in progress, there are many more I want to watch first before adding :) Anime that have cute shotas (short young-looking boys) in it. The Japanese word "iyashi" (癒し) means healing, and the term "iyashikei" refers to anime and manga that "heal" the audience by instilling a calming feeling or evoking emotional carthasis. Almost always, Iyashikei stories have peaceful, somewhat mundane, and nostalgic atmospheres. The settings are idyllic with little or no conflict, and the narratives focus on personal reflection, heartwarming moments, a vague sense of melancholy, and/or an appreciation for the small things in life. not all of them are like light and some of them are a bit dark, but they all have cute boys doing cute things so its okay Based on Captain-Nisaka's video "Evolution of shoujo animes - 1966-2021 (COMPLET)" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmrW6NNvnDc This stack is for shoujo, josei or any other female-targeted show with a male protagonist. In case this stack is of interest to any of the guys, I tried to select shows with a non-objectified image of the guys first. But anyway, this stack is meant for any audience, so I didn't rule out fanservice shows or BL. Also, some shows, especially idols, usually have a formal female protagonist, but since most of the focus is on the male characters anyway, I took the liberty of listing some of them too. because i have a very particular type that apparently everyone needs to know about now. only including characters that are either part of the main cast OR have a major supporting role in the story |
