If you want to see the epic anime movie battle, these two series are very extraordinary, both are movies from many series, these two shows have an interesting plot and story from part 1 and both have 3 parts, both have the same goal of saving and helping the heroine, both MC's zero to hero, and in this part 3,both for that reason the MC does hard work against the enemy to achieve the goal by fighting, both have their own signature OST & graphics, but both are still awesome, yeah both of them have amazing and epic battles anime ever.

Kizumonogatari really really reminded me Masaaki Yuasa's style in some scenes (especially the bloody/perv ones). I chooses Mind Game, but you can also try other Yuasa's anime like Devilman Crybaby, Kemonozume, Kaiba ecc.

Unnerving horror/psychological elements work quite effectively in both shows. Similar themes of making compromises and overcoming disasters. Still, prepare to keep more notes when watching Boogiepop.

Both final act is heavenly similar, especially when Kizumonogatari was heavenly influenced to Chainsaw Man's part 1's climax.

Both are related to humans being treated as food. And the problems that comes when humans become part of someone's diet.
