Good fight sequences, and generally better received than preceding series, with, in my opinion, a memorable cast, and action scenes that display true shounen spirit.

They're both action adventure series that act as a sequel to their respective parts. Pokemon are similar to Stands, especially Ash-Greninja, since Ash feels the same pain as Greninja feels in battle, much akin to Stands and Stand users. Both have a very powerful final antagonist with powers beyond others' reach. Egypt-hen is targeted towards a more mature audience while XYZ is towards younger teenagers.

Both shows have great animation during fight scenes, and have, in my opinion, likable characters, with memorable fights. Shingeki is more for an older audience, but XY&Z definitely has a more mature tone than previous installments.
