the plot of the animes are completely different from each other but some aspects of both anime are similar. (for example: living in dormitory, rich girls ....) the character design of main anime characters look alike Kanade - Miketsukami Kaho - Ririchiyo however Inu x Boku ss is way more better then Hatsukoi Monster

So, in most ways they may not be the same, but plotwise they are since both have that indirect lolicon theme behind it. However unlike Shounen Maid, the lolicon theme of Hatsukoi Monster can qualify as a reverse lolicon (if we can call it that way) while Shounen maid has that usual lolicon thingy except it was the shounen who has balls to control his uncle (were I suspect has some lolicon thing for him). But in Hatsukoi, the kind of lolicon was that of a teenage girl acting as the guy's nanny.

It involves the MC in an drom , where he/she is in love with someone in the dorm, whom were proving to be quite a hassle. What's worse was that them MC were surrounded by weirdos. The difference, in Bokura the weirdos were a mixed bunch of people whom were quite unpredictable, while in Hatsukoi, most of them weirdos, have a lot of sexual innuendos within them.
