An anime dealing with band orchestra music. The main female from both anime joins the music club. In Euphonium, she already knows how to play while in Haruchika she is a beginner, Both female main characters are aiming for the nationals. The teacher in both anime are very similar. Yet their teaching methods are different. One has romance while the other not so much.

HaruChika and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso both employ the soul of music in their respective series. Both anime depict the importance of friendship and how it can overcome the different problems and puzzles in life. The two main characters are both musically inclined in HaruChika and Shigatsu. If you want to comfort your feelings with soothing music, then you should watch these anime series.

Though Haruchika and Detective Conan differ in terms of setting (HaruChika focuses on school and clubs while detective conan has a broader aspect), they are closely the same when it comes to the mystery genre. The first episode of Haruchika displays an interesting mystery puzzle that needs critical thinking and analysis, the same as the anime, Detective Conan did. Haruchika and Detective Conan are anime for those people who likes logic and riddle.
