Both series were adapted from classic swashbuckler novels (three musketeers vs Zorro). The heroes face the challenging schemes of the powerful villains (Cardinal Richelieu vs Commander Raymond). Both feature young sidekicks (Jean vs Bernard), blonde romantic interests (Constance vs Lolita), and god-tier horse mounts (Rosiante vs Viento).

Many fights in the name of justice, Robin and Diego share the will of helping the people. Also, the main girls, Marion and Lolita, are beautiful young girls who share a deep friendship for the main guys.
