Interest Stacks  Otome games (sometimes shortened to otoge) are visual novels with a female protagonist, multiple male love interests, and story choices which lead the player down one of many routes towards a romantic ending. At their core, otome games are romance stories; however, they frequently feature an overarching side plot that is revealed slowly across each route.   The anime stack of mostly all-male casts focused on joseimuke media: idols, mobile games, (not) otome games, and multimedia projects. I won't include the sequels because the stack is limited to 50 so you gotta find them out by yourself.   This is a list of reverse harem anime I've seen that are actually not terrible. So in 2023, I decided to challenge myself to watch all the anime based on otome games or with a game adaptation even if that isn't a good anime in the end.   Apparently I've seen my fair share of anime about vampires.   Vampire related anime. Simple  These series intentionally exaggerate and embody Otome clichés. With spice from absolute musical bangers and bravado, the magic of these shows will fly right over the heads of those not familiar with the tropes of the genre. If you enjoyed the satire of e.g. Gakuen Handsome but want to enjoy more sincere and subtle shows with bigger budgets, this one's for you.
