New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAny Shounen Anime involving Ghosts, Monsters, Aliens and other paranormal scenarios. The included anime contain multiple mysterious cases that are only loosely connected, or not connected at all. Classic mystery whodunnits or police detectives solving cases involving murder, theft, etc. with a limited number of suspects. Mostly episodic rather than a full series with only one plot/case. Some listings with supernatural elements but only if it fits the 'detective' part of it. An assorted stack of anime series with some talented detectives and mind-boggling mysteries to uncover. Highly recommended for fans who love to put on a thinking cap and wrap their head around, trying to unravel secrets alongside the protagonists. LIGHT SPOILER! Reference, mentions, and depictions of/for sadomasochism or have mean love interest Anime with female protagonists outside of the usual romance, slice of life, and magical girl genres. Detectives that travel around with an absolute freak just a total freak of a thing. Demons? Gods? Corpses? Puppets? Some kind of freak. The detective can also be weird. Hyouka doesn't count because both protags are equal amount of weird but acceptable little freak. Death note also doesn't count because Ryuk is the one who's followed around by a freak, not L. Please feel free to suggest more. As of now, I've only seen Un-Go and Sakon, both of which are recommendations but Sakon is a lot more tentative of one. Source: Jajanken |
