3Ping Lovers!☆Ippu Nisai no Sekai e Youkoso♪ The Animation

Same Fantasy Setting, Vannila hentai, and Also both hentai share a pretty good story. 

Both are basically the same thing: The protagonist is summoned to a fantasy world and his semen makes the girls more powerful. The difference is that 3Ping Lovers sucks. 

There should be more fantasy theme hentai, doesn't matter how many examples you can name, there will never be enough, but until then here's two fantasy theme hentai you can look up, they're completely vanilla (as it should be, they're both harem) and are pretty damn good (is highly good art and animation a point of likeness?). 

3Ping Lovers! Doesn't have the fantasy tag in the genres, big error, since it's a fantasy hentai through and through, RPG references, the protagonist getting isekai'd, dark and normal elves, ladies with skimpy armour, everything points to the direction of fantasy, and so does Kuroinu, many elements are the same fantasy style, like the elves or the female knights, the main difference though is that Kuroinu is not an isekai and it's not vanilla, there's actually lots of hardcore stuff, but at the end if you like the mix of fantasy with hentai, then they're both recommended. 

Both Share the same Fantasy setting, although the girl in wizard girl ambitious is Tsundere, and it doesn't have a harem genre like 3ping lovers!. 

Both have fantasy themes mix up with the smut part, well Koakuma Kanojo is more supernatural, as in the type of a girl gets cursed, two girls watch a cursed tape, while 3Ping Lovers! Is full on isekai fantasy, but the point is both offer elements more than normal sex, besides the second episode of Koakuma Kanojo has elves which is much more on the alley of fantasy, they're also both made by the same studio, so animation and overall art are pretty similar.
