Similar enemies and feeling as both animes contain travel through time space and some of the characters are somehow stuck in their space of time in one or another way while they trying to resolve the problem. There is also a girl with a unique power which also resembles the enemy’s power and is mostly the key of the mystery in the story. Noein has a more serious plot, explains the sci-fi elements in a better way and the drama is better while Divergence Eve have more of the fan service part, but if you like animes with with science-fiction I think you will like them  read more
