Nichigo (日5), a shortened name for the 5 p.m. time slot on Sundays, is Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS) and its sister network Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS)'s anime programming block. Nichigo was first launched in April 2008 to replace the Doroku (土6) anime programming block, which aired at 6 p.m. on Saturdays from 1992 to 2008. Adult Swim (stylized as [adult swim] or abbreviated as [as]) is an American timeshare cable television network bundled with Cartoon Network. The programs featured on Adult Swim are geared toward teens and young adults. Broadcast since 2001, much of the network's general content is known for its risqué, unorthodox and often bizarre presentation, while many of the series' features are developed in stark contrast with traditional American television programs. The block features stylistically varied animated and live-action shows including original programming, syndicated shows and Japanese anime, generally with minimal or no editing for content. Animes in which characters are part of millitary or were formerly soldiers. Deception can be scary. Is the world you live in really what you perceive? Do you believe in what you see or see what you believe? What is the truth and what is the lie? Is anyone benefiting from the lies and who is struggling from the truth? If everyone believes in a lie, does the lie become the truth? What happens if what you think is wrong has been the right one all along? Will you switch sides, or will you stay? Shows that deal with the fate of countries/nations (cities potentially). Through diplomacy and war, they strive to persist in their respective worlds. A comprehensive watch order of the Code Geass series, which includes every entry of the Code Geass franchise. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, this is basically a list of all my favorite anime. Anything I give a 9 automatically gets on this list, but only the entry from each franchise I liked the most. Feel free to try and watch every single anime on this list. Some powerfully executed mecha and sci-fi anime! If you're in for some action, drama, and some political, psychological, or philosophical subject matter, these are good anime recommendations. Please, give them a watch. The Mecha Genre is, from what i've heard, not very popular, so I decided to List all Mechas that helped me getting used to this Genre. I enjoyed every single one of them and I Hope you do so too. Yes, there is something of a MAL equivalent in Japan. The shows I picked have, in various ways, changed and shaped the person I am. Some I look back and realize I needed to see it in that time, but I don't feel that way anymore. Some just have very important and memorable moments that I refer back to often. |
