Ame-iro Cocoa

Shounen Maid and Ame-iro Cocoa are both about a young feminine boy working (A house cleaner in Shounen Maid and a waiter in Ame-Iro Cocoa). Both shows have a colorful cast and art, not to mention they are very peaceful to watch. 

Noticeable similarity: 4 Ikemen guys involved in a cafe/restaurant + a pet Whilst AmeIro S1 focuses on internal misunderstandings, Rokuhoudou on the other hand is more on building rapport with the customers and assisting them as needed Both have light and relaxing feel to it, and I understand that AmeIro is a short skit, but if you're looking for a story-rich one then Rokuhoudou is a must try 

-Both revolve around restaurants (Bakery/Cafe) -Antique is shounen-ai while Cocoa has subtle shounen-ai hints -Similar humor  

Both shows take place in a restaurant and follow the interaction of those in the work place with those they serve or are familiar with. Ameiro Cocoa takes place in a coffe shop though and Working takes place in a diner. Personally out of the two, I enjoyed Working more, but these two shows gave me a similar feel.  

"Amnesia" and "Rainy Cocoa" / "Ame-iro Cocoa" both involve a group of young men that work and socialize in a café. The art styles of these two series are also somewhat similar with the tone of each show being reminiscent of each other as well.
