Tesagure! Bukatsumono Spin-off Purupurun Sharumu to Asobou

Both have a very similar style art and animation. The voice acting sounds very natural or real in this case. Peeping Tom uses characters from the late 70's such as Astro Boy, Yatterman, Black Jack, Casshern Sin and so on. Both anime dealing with situations.  

Both series are basically 4th wall anime in which the characters go spend a segment going about their daily lives and commenting on the local area they are at, as well as a segment in which they spend time at a table basically having comedy skits to bounce of each other.
