Both are related to dreams, have transformations and have at least one character with a very ambitious dream. Both have at least one character that is well known(in the anime, not in real life)

Both are animated by Toei, Princess Precure's animation is 100x better though. Both are colourful magical girl series with little filler (for a Precure season). Both heavily include princess elements. Transformations, villains, monsters and story.

Along with referencing another Kunihiko Ikuhara series (he directed several seasons of Sailor Moon), there are many subtle references and homages to Utena in Go! Princess Precure, though ONLY aesthetically - ie, character design, scenery design, camera angles, etc. If you've seen Utena, it can make noticing these references very fun.

- Both are heavily focused on the concept of ‘Dreams’. - Both main characters are outgoing and friendly towards nearly everyone, striving to achieve their goals no matter what it takes. - Both are set in worlds which feature the frequent use of magic. - Both have incredible animation. - Both are great for watching when you need something to cheer you up, as they are pretty light hearted for the most part.

Both are very good magical girl series. Both have transformations with powers (as expected), but the characters in both series are very likable, interesting and memorable. Good story and fights. A bright and colourful style is used in both.

Sawashiro Miyuki as the evil princess who is going to bring despair to you all using the power of darkness! This is a fairly casual recommendation: Twilight and Victorias are very similar, but both shows have many things that have nothing to do with them.

Both are magical girl shows that feature double transformations (two outfits per girl per fight).

If you enjoy kiddy magical girls filled with sparkles and never-ending kawaii powers, you'll find a lot of similarities in these two animes: - You have Magical Girls that are Princesses. - A mysterious Prince. - Talking magical animals. - Saving the world with the power of Kindness and love. The art is extremely colorful and both feature a magical kingdom.

If you enjoy cute anime (for younger audiences) with colorful artwork and lots of magic, then you should like both of these. Both feature a girl trying to become a Lady/Princess with a magical sidekick to help her, a "prince" that she falls in love with and a magical kingdom.

Both Binan Koukou and Go! Princess Pretty Cure have a name of a son/daughter of the monarch, which is 'prince' and 'princess' respectively in their roll call upon transformation.

The theme of both series is dreams; in Sailor Moon SuperS, the villains target people they think have beautiful dreams to check if Pegasus is hiding in their dreams, while in Go! Princess Precure, the villain merely locks up the dream and creates a monster in the process.
