This is a stack with anime that take place in different European countries, either completely or in several episodes when characters are traveling to these countries.

Countries included in this stack: England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Switzerland

Anime set during medieval times or with a medieval feel.

These anime feature witches; magic users who often possess classic traits such as pointed hats, flying brooms, and black cat familiars. Some are protagonists looking to improve their craft, have adventures, or save the world; others might be tricksters or outright villains who cause suffering and misfortune for others. Young witches might study magic by serving an apprenticeship or attending a magic school. Basically, if you want anime with witches, this is the list for you.

Hi guys! I created this interest steck for those who are in the mood for halloween, all the anime on this list has a witch theme, I hope you like it and have fun and happy halloween.

An incomplete list of good anime that are generally safe to watch for women and girls. Shows that star strong and well-written female (main) characters, center around female friendships, relationships and empowerment, address important women's issues or feature feminist notions.

While the ecchi content may not be as prevalent or extreme as officially-tagged ecchi titles, there is still enough to be of interest to fans of the ecchi genre. Many of these register at least 1.5/3 stars on AniDB's "tag-weighting" system for ecchi.
Conversely, those who don't care for ecchi may wish to use this stack for cautionary purposes, as these titles may contain things like pantyshots, revealing outfits, incestuous overtones, oversized/jiggling breasts, swimsuit/lingerie moments, extended bath/shower scenes, lewd dream/fantasy sequences, innuendo, or general fanservice in an otherwise serious/"respectable" show.

This stack is for gothic, violent and other incredibly harsh, edgy medieval anime. Both frank dark fantasy in its classical form, and just a naturalistic-gloomy historical show in the specified period.

All or at least most of the witch anime entries on MAL. Only included the first seasons/entries. Some shows only have single supporting witch characters.
