I have collected the best anime of martial arts for you. Let's see if you can survive in the ring! ▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ 𝓑𝓵𝓪𝓬𝓴 ✦ 𝓑𝓻𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓲𝓷 𝓐𝓷𝓲𝓶𝓮 ⟨⟨ 𝔉𝔦𝔯𝔰𝔱 𝔈𝔡𝔦𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 ⟩⟩ █ ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁ Main character goes through great trials and tribulations (and maybe a training montage or two) to get to the top. Starts out weak or with little to no power or skill, and becomes stronger/ more powerful/ skillful. Most adaptations are, at best, on par with the original. Some aspects are better, some worse, so it's down to preference as to how to enjoy a story. There are, of course, many, *many* outright stinkers that make one think the original was far worse than it actually was. But sometimes there comes an adaptation made with such outstanding effort, it elevates the source material onto a completely new level of experience: either through masterful editing or reimagining of the original narrative, or visionary direction, or incredible sound design, or career-topping performance from animators and/or voice actors. Prime examples of what I mean when I say "Best battles + strategic fights + cool characters sorta animes" are 'World Trigger' and 'Kingdom'. Source: Wayback Machine A comprehensive watch order of the Hajime no Ippo series, which includes every entry of the Hajime no Ippo franchise. Made to make it easier to find animes whose names got changed when localised as there is no way to make the localised names show up as the search result. Does not include simple translations of the original name. Dorohedoro-40, Fire Force-174, Demon Slayer-100, Mysterious Girlfriend X-37 This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). Avoided a bit of the really obvious ones (The Big 3 and Death Note) and some that were really similar to something already present on this list. These are anime I recommend you not miss out on in your lifetime. Various sports compiled into one list of anime. If there are multiple TV-series with the same sport, be warned I just chose the one with a higher popularity. However, there are most definitely other sports anime you should check out such as Slam Dunk, Megalo Box, Ahiru no Sora, Tennis no Ouji-same, All Out!!, Ashita no Joe, Major, Ryman’s Club, Blue Lock, etc. Animes that had been aired on any Filipino major channel (ABS-CBN, GMA, TV5 etc.). Not included are the shows that only aired on Animax-Asia. |
