New Interest Stack
Interest StacksThese classic Nippon Animation series were usually adaptations of well-known literature by non-Japanese authors. Many ran for exactly one year as part of the well-known family-friendly program "World Masterpiece Theater". This is not include animes that has inspired by classic lit or mentions it, mainly this is on anime that adapts or loosely adapts on classic lit. (Note: I'll try and update as much as I can and add some obscure ones!) Adaptations, sequels, prequels and spin-offs of western films, TV shows and literature in anime format Note: some things may be misinformation because most information were taken from websites. List of every vintage-classic or new-modern Japanese animations that officially dubbed in Arabic language and aired on many official Arabic tv channels like “spacetoon” , “mbc3” or national government channels like “Kuwait tv” , ”sama dubai tv” , “bahrain tv” and “Jordan tv” In this stack you will find all debatable isekai anime, by debatable I mean anime that a lot of people consider isekai even though they are not explicitly stated like ones here on MAL. This list also includes OVAs, ONAs, specials and movies. There is some not yet aired stuff on here too! Anime that matches in style to World Masterpiece Theater anime. This stack includes no entries from WMT itself. Anime based off of/related to the Alice in Wonderland story in some way. Miniature worlds that are explored through the eyes of insects, mice, small animals, lilliputians (little people), fairies, etc. I'll make note of the ones that are a bit more interesting or polished for an adult audience, as opposed to dated children's series, which, unfortunately most of the titles on the list fall under. A list of anime that are adaptions of children's books (all around the globe). Recommended for reasons of nostalgia and as Iyashikei-anime before Iyashikei was a thing. |
