New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAlong with Kids' WB, Fox Kids (later the FoxBox) provided a steady diet of dubbed anime (and tokusatsu) to kids in the early 2000s. Continuation of my previous list of anime series not so well known for their titles, some not necessarily underestimated, but easy to go unnoticed in the community. List of anime with attractive aesthetics and story for young and old. They stand out for having a western or remarkable visual aesthetic from the rest. Anime that comes packaged with socio-political commentary. Sometimes as subtext or metaphor, sometimes screamed out loud with abandon. A subgenre of science fiction that focuses on biotechnology. Includes anime with biotechnology even if it isn't a primary theme. EN: Anime that aired on Polish television programming block Hyper (later Hyper+) I tried to make this list using mostly lesser-known fanservice-free anime. Most of these make the list based on having MAL ratings lower than PG-13 or having clean ratings for no sexual content or nudity on doesthedogdie.com. Some of the selections in the list do have fanservice in the original Japanese version that was omitted for the Western release. Anime that were dubbed in its entirety by Ocean Productions, a Canadian based dubbing group in Vancouver, Canada. Anime that had significant Canadian involvement in its creation. For the anime dubs done by Ocean Productions, a Canadian company, see the below stacks by konor-good: Anime for people who hate anime. This list was made based on recognizability to Western audiences, lack of fanservice, and lack of typical anime tropes. Part Three of the retro sensation that is gripping the nation! For better or worse these are the anime worth your time from days gone by. Buzz was a Spanish subscription television channel produced by AMC Networks International Iberia. Its programming focused on horror content, both in current series and movies. This list contains all those anime that have been dubbed into Latin Spanish from each available decade. Anime where the main character is a superhero that fights villains. In many of these series, the main character has a power that their villains do and uses it against them for the good of society. |
